VP-5 "Mad Foxes" based at NAS Jacksonville...that's all I got...

The most likely candidate is P-3C 163292. (The last three digits of the BuNo are usually used for the aircraft number on heavies.) 163292 had been with VP-5 about 2007 - 2009. But, I need to do more research to be sure.
