Thanks Phil, I saw this aircraft in the background of another photo a few days ago and was wondering what its story was. Very informative article, and it looks like a lovely machine.

How many Wirraways are flying or airworthy today?

A20-722 VH-CAC - Borg Sorensen
A20-695 VH-MFW - Warplanes Calboolture
A20-652 VH-WIR - Queensland Air museum (Kept airworthy apparently but not flown since arrival at the museum)
A20-81 VH-WWY - PDRL - NSW
Kermit Weeks has 2 Wirraways with one nearly airworthy, which I think is A20-704 ex VH-BFO the other is A20-649 VH-WIR
