While a wet day for an airshow the crowds still came out. Only chance to see the Patrouille de France with their Alpha Jets and the A400m. Also Vintage Wings had the Spitfire IX displayed the XVI great to see them both together and complete.

It was a great turnout considering the forecast. Lots of very enthusiastic people -- who were very generous at the donation boxes.

Also, it was terrific to see that the show ran very well under the new volunteer-run program. And that hundreds of volunteers came out and braved the cold and wet. Very heartening!
