Things are Shaping up for Wings Over Gatineau

Wed Jun 29, 2016 7:37 am

Aircraft started arriving on Sunday for Vintage Wings of Canada "Wings Over Gatineau". Media flights and practice formations have started. One I was hoping to happen is the VWoC Harvard with the RCAF Harvard II. Both "High Flight" aircraft will participate in a heritage flight, here is a local news item. Peter Handley took the attached photo.

Also a neat flyby is the AN2 with the Pitts, a big and small biplane comparison, a little different! Peter Ashford-Smith pilot of the Pitts used is helmet cam to get the photo.
