This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

Taigh,
What are their plans for the aircraft? Static? Flyer? Undecided?

Outstanding documentation on the history of the aircraft!
History unrecorded is history lost. I'm so glad the history was saved along with the aircraft. Together they complete the story.

Is JW Duff still in business?
I can't find them on the internet...but another (or perhaps the same) Denver (Acme) salvage yard is closing.

You got rid of the old shag-mobile van? Lol

She will be a static display for now.
After JW Duff died ACME took over in order to liquidate the property. Quite the place it was.
What shag mobile? I have had the van in the photo since 2006. Just turned over 250k and is still going strong. Gotta love a 7.3 Diesel!

Hi Taigh, I have been looking for a copy of the Bombing Flight Record Book for aome time.
Could you provide me with this info?
What are the dimensions of the book?
How many pages?
A picture of the cover.
Are there any instruction pages in it?
Appreciate whatever you can provide. Thanks!
Ken

I was referring to the old blue and white Ford that is in the pictures on your site...
I was however thinking that it was an old Dodge Conversion van that had could be fitted with a bed in it, hence the "shag" part.
Taiga, do you know of any of the AT-11 out there being ex Aero Service survey aircraft? I work for a company that was essentially a spin of of AS by AS employees. They pretty much flew all warbirds including some At-11's.
