Mon Dec 21, 2015 2:09 am

i am now starting to remake parts for my projects, if anyone out there needs new parts as either kits or assembled, flap kits (ribs, beams etc match drilled) are being made now, im making several sets for myself but if anyone else is rebuilding and needs a set let me know and i can make more while doing these :drink3:

I'm sure many here feel the same as I that it would be awesome to see photos of your projects and work as you go through the process! :supz:

probably not going to do that, too many negative commentators in the warbird "enthusiast" community, but parts are available for anyone needing them

I wouldn't bother worrying about the "negative commentators in the warbird enthusiast community" you'll always have those types even if your efforts are perfect.
Perhaps best to pay attention to those of us who would be appreciative of your efforts. Photos and documentation usually add credibility to one's efforts. If that matters to you.

Well, it's your collection and work so you are the only one that has a say in the exposure. Personally the first threads I look to are the various posts where there is restoration work is being shown. Threads from Scott Dennison, B-26 Special K, B-29 DOC, B-17 Desert Rat/Tangerine, PV-2D during it's process, etc. The work, progress, detail and history coming alive is a major positive. I may be wrong but I don't recall any negative comments from others in those threads. More so I recall enthusiasm, encouragement and support as well as appreciation for the work being shared with those of us that are more dreamers, co-restorers or bystanders than anything else. I will look forward to any updates you wish to share!

what B/S are you spreading, this guy has gone out of his way to do the right thing by many people. If you've had bad dealings with Fiftycal it tells us more about you than him.

Stick with it Fiftycal - ignore the primates.
