Scott, when you get around to updating the P-47 registry and the B-29 registry there are numerous entries I submitted a few years ago for you to use.

In regards to the registry... is their a plan to switch the format of the registry over to more of a community editing i/e like wikipedia? That way we can all update the individual pages that we either know about or can add to. Thoughts?

Thanks Pat, I do have quite a few updates from you waiting to be processed. Right now I am trying to get some of the less popular types updated, especially the jets. Most of the Jet registries haven't received any updates in 13 years so I'm rectifying that. I will get to them at some point in the future though, fear not. :)

I have been slowly researching content management software for awhile now but with the current recession in site revenue it has been put on hold as far as commercial products. I'm looking at the software Wikipedia uses and will be putting up a test server soon. There will be a bit of a learning curve to it and I need to figure out how possible it is to migrate to a different platform later. I try to avoid getting locked in to a specific platform if I can avoid it.

Once I get the test server up I will be calling upon WIXers to help me try and kill it. If it survives and I can configure it the way I want it I will begin to figure out how to adapt the current registry to the wiki.
