P-51 Insignia

I hope someone could be of help here. I am looking for some worthy drawings of placement and dimensions of USAAF insignia on Mustang. The E&M kindly gives the information for RAF painting and not a word for USAAF. Surprisingly there is no such drawing or description in any of the Mustang books I have laid my hands on.

If no one else steps up, I've got a nice monograph on USAAF Mustang markings that has great drawings--but I don't have time to do a scan for you till the weekend.

Snake 45, do not loose Your enthusiasm please. There are earlier marks of P-51 and earlier insignias, so maybe, when another weekend comes?

I believe my book has drawings for earlier Mustangs as well. I'll see if I can find it and do the scans for you this weekend.

Come to think of it, shoot me an email and I can email them to you direct. That way you can have them fullsize, instead of reduced as Photobucket will do, and I won't have to upload them to the Bucket.
