Luftwaffe Ace Kurt FLADRICH - still alive???

Hello,

Not sure which forum to post this request, moderators please move at your discretion.

I have a WW2 Veteran friend who lives close buy, still alive and well at age 92. He was one of the 168 Allied Airman at Buchenwald. He was a Canadian, RCAF WAG on a Halifax shot down June 8, 1944.
He received word the other day that he was likely shot down by Kurt FLADRICH.

M friend is in touch with his contacts in German to see if this man is still alive.
He is also looking for a photo of him.

Done some internet research, came up empty on the above.

Couldn't think of a better place for information that what I see shared here.

P.S. The Veteran in question is heading back overseas to Buchenwald this April for another Anniversary event. He would like if they could meet up.

Summer 1943 was attached to Stab NJG 1
