Meacham Airport held its quarterly fly-in on Saturday, November 8th. Free hamburgers and hot dogs were served, a great live band provided entertainment, American Aero (the host FBO) offered discounted AvGas, and we enjoyed bright sunshine all day. "The Locals" brought a few aircraft for display:
The CAF guys 'n gals brought B-24A
Diamond Lil and A-26B
Midnight Special. They had guests touring both aircraft all day.

The VFM crew brought EA-3B Skywarrior BuNo 146453
Ranger One-Five. We had the "Whale" open for tours, and there was a steady stream of fascinated guests who had never seen or heard of a Skywarrior.

Fort Worth Aviation Museum brought this unidentified OH-58.

Fort Worth PD dropped by with this immaculate Bell 206.

A guest flew in with this stunning 1946 Globe Swift 145. It was a gleaming beauty!

While not part of the display, I found this Navy T-6B parked nearby. Sorry for the blurry photo. I shot it through the windshield of the tug.
