P-47 identification

Hello all,
I'm trying to find more information about this P-47: http://www.worldwarphotos.info/gallery/usa/aircrafts-2-3/p-47/p-47-365th-fighter-group-1945-color-photo-2/
So far I've been able to find find out that it's part of the 386fs/365fg, likely codes D5*D.
anybody else know any more info about this aircraft?
