Need Help Identifying Aircraft Seat

Hello,

I was hoping you guys might be able to help me identify what type of aircraft this seat came from. It's aluminum and has no I.D. plate or marks on it. Thanks in advance for any help that you can provide! :)

Strange color. It looks like the "salmon" primer used on early Corsairs, but the cockpits were finished in Dull Dark Green.
