RAF Engine Cowl Panel

Got this a couple of weeks ago - claimed to be from a Wellington - but it has been on a hillside for 70+ years and is suffering some corrosion.
It is RAF and from an engine cowl.
Remains of an offset rectangular hatch.
The original piece was a lot longer.
Just cannot see it on any images of a Wellington
This piece is 23 inches long x 12 inches wide (max)
Anyone know what inspectors stamps A9CB could come from ?
A second rib has 100 on it - no other markings legible.
The green paint is RAF Dark Green.
