Japanese WWII Pearl Harbor cartoon

OK, my jaw dropped from beginning to end. The title translates as Sea-eagle of Momotaro and is an animated cartoon based on the attack on Pearl Harbor. The Americans are represented by Bluto from the Popeye cartoons, and the Japanese, except for one character, are played by cute little monkeys (!), bunnies, puppies, foxes and birds.
Oh, and the B-19 has a cameo as well.
