That looks like RAAF flight mechanics course being run at Ascot Vale in Melbourne Vic. My father did his flight mech training there in 1940..

Love the stripped Gipsy Moth and the art on the chalkboards is fantastic. I wish I had been that good when I was teaching.

Anybody know what the fuselage frame on gear is (or was) that the guy is sitting in? It looks massive!
