F-14A Tomcat GRU-7 Ejection seat manual and help needed

Hello All,
I am searching for a maintenance and parts manual for the F-14A GRU-7 ejection seat. If anyone knows where I can find a copy I would be very grateful. CD version is OK. Also, if there are any former Tomcat or A-6 Intruder ALSE techs out there I would really like to talk to you.

Google Newport Aero, they are a commercial T.O. company. If you have the Navair number for the seat system they will need it.

If not, send an email to the PAO at NAS Whidbey Island to put you in touch with the egress shop of one of the EA-6B squadrons out there... they still use the GRU-7, and except for the pull rings, the seats are functionally identical. They could probably get you what you need or point you in the right direction.
