This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future
On its gear and looking good. Didn't realize it was a "Hamp", or at least is being restored as such. Anyone know if this is actually owned by the museum?
Big round of applause for Mike and John and their labors!!!!!! The majority of the wing was new build and had thousands and thousands of #20 dimpled holes in the skins/ribs I have no idea how a lot of them got driven because the access was awful and full of very sharp corners.
