340th BG B-25's ...

340th BG B-25's over Italian alps in March 1945. Some of these photos have been posted before but these are about as clean and clear as I have seen. Original source is unknown but the Fold3 archives have most of these images just not as good a resolution as these. Some great detail here. Especially nice is the photo of the 345th FG P-51 banking and the 346th FS P-47's. Great shots all!

Well once again what a bummer!!!
From my PC to photobucket to WIX drops the resolution several notches again. Sorry folks trust me the resolution is outstanding sitting in my chair. Shame. I failed you once again

Very Cool Pictures!
Note the mixture on Camouflage schemes. Some are Bare metal, some have O.D. on upper surfaces and bare metal under surfaces.

And would you know if that same source would have any 321st BG photos? I think I've exhausted the Fold3 archive looking for stuff from the 321st...

Of course Lynn, I'll be happy to send something your way. And yes they uploaded at the best resolution possible. I've been noticing the poor resolution lately via photobucket. Unfortunate for sure.
