Old L-39 crash report wanted

Wed Sep 11, 2013 4:50 pm

Anyone have a link to the NTSB report on the L-39 that left Boeing Field en route to Boise that disappeared over the cascades? Despite being just a few miles from I-90, they didn't find it until Spring.

I recall the story, and I'm just curious as to the cause.

Thanks.
It doesn't say much, but then again I wasn't expecting much considering the likely speed of the aircraft when it crashed and the amount of time between the mishap and discovery.
Ice or mechanical?

RIP to the pilot and passenger.
