Does anyone know specifically where he keeps it? The news link is from wooster ohio, which is less than an hour away from me, I'd love to go check the plane out!!!

It said in both the article and the video it will be at the Port Clinton Airport at the Liberty Air Museum...???

Congrats! I'm hoping that we'll be able to see the first post-restoration flight of the CAF's National Capital Squadron TBM in the not-too-distant future as well.

wadsworth airport....although I'm pretty sure he's going to be building a hangar in Port Clinton soon. it's a beautiful restoration.

Excellent news Charlie. After viewing your restoration progress a couple of years ago, I know it is First Class. I'll be making occassional trips to Port Clinton and the 'Avenger' will be the highlight along with the 'Mitchell'.... :D Leon

Charlie's TBM is now based at the Port Clinton airport, and I must say it is a very nice restoration!

Currently it is in a private hangar, but there is talk of having it displayed at the Liberty Aviation Museum once we get more hangar space.

Charlie i'm thrilled you got your project completed, & beautifully. can't believe I never could come out 1 hour from her to see her. I may have gotten a few parts for you I think. we talked on & off over the years the years, though. hope I can wangle a jaunt up in her 1 day!! congrats!!! if you need a ww2 navy oxygen walk around kit /pack for the interior, I have 1 available at a good price. let me know. all the best, tom
