IS for 2 OV-10 Bronco's

Does anyone know the military registrations for OV-10 Bronco,s N5453 and N12317. I have look just about everywhere, including the FAA database and can't find anything. They may possibly be with Dept of Homeland Security but I'm not sure of that either.

N15453 (note correct reg)
ex 155409. Became PNC3043 with Colombian Police. Now preserved at the Valiant Air Command Museum, Titusville FL

N12317
ex 155395. Became PNC3046, now N469DF with CAL FIRE
