Thompson fuel pump - aircraft I.D.

Tue Jun 15, 2004 9:10 pm

I have a Thompson fuel pump. Would anyone know what aircraft used this particular pump? TF31400-23 is the model number. A few of tags attached have 1957 and 1951 dates.
Thx in advance.

Vlado, it's possibly for an early model T-28A that had boost pumps in the wings vice the later sump/single pump arrangement in the right wheel well. The T-28A model used a TF31400-22 vice the -23 that you have. I might be interested in buying it if I can find out the difference between a -22 and -23.
