Don't know the N number but the F-86 was from Bill Law's collection at Coleman. That might be Bob Schnieder's old TBM

My Google searches for Coleman didn't produce much so that's why I am trying here. I was able to ID Coleman's A-26 but not this F-86. I have it in another paint scheme but still can't make out the N number.

Thanks.

Alan,

I don't remember the CAF (AAHM) ever owning a F-86. There was (is)a T-33 and a Mig-17.

Here's another shot of the F-86 from my stuff...I thought it was a Coleman bird as well? Is that prior to the CAF owning it?

Was that 86 from Bill Laws collection? I think I remember seeing it when I refueled there once. About 1997 or 98.

Goose used to be owned by Glenn Johnson. Great guy from Ft. Worth. Experienced my first water landing in that aircraft. I think I was around three...

It was definately Bill Laws F-86 from Coleman. Ron Iberg was flying it. I can't remember the year but I think it was the same year the CAF P-38 crashed.

Lynn, were you there the year the P-63 and Cloud Dancer came " " this close to merging? Still gives me shivers. That is the only year I ever made it to Breckenridge. Had a truly great time and my first experience of true Texan hospitality. We were in my brother's Skipper, but they treated us like we had come in the -6.
