At RAAF Townsville a restored SP-2H Neptune martime patrol aircraft was recently put on the front gate, another which was used as spares remains unknown.. scrapped? After 60years nearly of Neptune operations, the RAAF were unaware of a small issue..not mentioned in any manuals was 8 bolts which held the tail on tight.. see more here
