Contacting "Misterg97"

Does any one here on WIX know how to contact "Misterg97", he and his wife do embroidery work on hats and shirts. I know they have a website and I've sent PM's through WIX as well as through their website and their e-mail and have had no response. I ordered an embroiderd hat a month ago and have not heard from them since. :?

Any way to reach volunteers through the NMUSAF? He volunteers there...
