F-86 help and question

I was at Chino back early in July and got a picture of this F-86 outside a hanger near Planes of Fame. Does anyone know who it belongs to or what its ID is? Second question, does anyone know what the pod under the tail is?

That was most likely a target tug at one point, use to belong to Airspray, rumors are it belongs to a Mr. Lewis. that is the rumor anyway.
