P40 interior - what is this?

This is just a guess, but it looks like a contactor panel, for external power maybe?

That looks like just the junction box that contains the electrical systems relays, the voltage regulator (base only?), etc. The radios should be sitting on the racks to the left... The American ones at least.

Yes, that's the main electrical panel. The cover has been removed. All P-40s have them. It's behind the duffle bag, through the main fuselage hatch.

Missing is the external power receptacle -- on the one I fly it's immediately below the main panel.

Very dirty condition -- is it the one in the desert HS-B?
