Didnt Lockheed at one point make a two level transport that was similar in size to the XC-99? The reason I ask is because on ebay there is a person selling a photo which is he/she says is a XC-99. I know it isnt the XC-99 because it doesnt have pusher props and I think I can see the Lockeed logo on the front of the plane.Sorry I dont have the link but if you want go to
www.ebay.com and type in XC-99, you can see what I am talking about. I emailed the seller and advised him/her it was not the XC-99 but I am curious just what it is.

Pat the Navy bought two of them. The designation was XR6O Constitution. They had kind of a swept back nose and could carry something like 200 passengers. I saw a picture of them with a bunch of sailors lined up across the wings,...just like manning the rails when a ship comes into port.
