Attempted A-4 on a pole install Crane crash

Saw this on Your Tube today, it shows an A-4 being installed on a pole and the crane falls over on the airplane...anyone know when, where, what? Starts @ the 8:30 mark.

(Warning....laughter ending in lack of breath and tears my ensue if you insist on watching the whole video)

I can't find the thread right now, but yea, this was covered in detail last year when it happened and there was a post just last week from them stating it'd been fixed and reinstalled.
