The P-51 registry is very much out of date as is a vast majority of the registries of the WW2 aircraft. For update info about P-51's you are much better off going to the mustangsmustangs.com site.

First post restoration flight July 22nd, 2009 1930 hours. Duration of flight was 20 minutes with only a couple minor squawks.

Worth noting: the registry also states that the first restoration was funded by the Tuskegee Airmen. Although many of them may have contributed, the bulk of the funds came directly from Don Hinz. The second restoration was funded 100% through sponsorships, donations, fundraisers and a lot of cold calling. In essence, this airplane was rebuilt with $20 bills from the general public who believed then in what we're doing and had faith in us that we would get it done. Many of them continue to support us. $20 bills add up even in this expensive game.
