"Memphis Belle" B17 Cockpit in High Resolution 360º Panorama

Sat Mar 17, 2012 12:18 pm

Took in a lot of viewers of my B24 cockpit yesterday, so let's try the B17.

This is the aircraft that played a starring role in the movie "The Memphis Belle".

Enjoy!

I love that the movie bell has the o2 tanks where they are supposed to be as well as having the top turret. Awesome way to look at the inside of a B-17.

Correct, the Hellcat is a full-scale fiberglass replica! Currently back on the ground again too, after the wind blew her off her post...

Sorry to hear the wind blew it over... I'm sure its going to be a project to fix the damage (I assume there was some) and to get it up on the pole again.....

Shouldn't be too much of a hassle to fix luckily, no major damage. Still not fun though, lol...
