USAF F-6 fuel servicing semitrailer?

Does anyone have any info on the USAF F-6 fuel servicing semitrailer?
Even a photo or two would be of use.

A small number of these may have been loaned to the RAF in the late 1950s/early 1960s.

F-6 capacity was 5000 gallons, pumping rate maximum was 600 gpm via the large 3" hose, also had a 1.5 inch hose. I will look for my old B&W photos when I get home from vacation late next week.
