Many moons ago, Terry and Bill Rogers were going to build a "replica" of the Red Baron in Sherman Texas I think. This may be the connection, but nothing has happened that I know of. Bill went on the build Miss Ashley II in which Gary Levitz was killed.

Thinking more about it, Terry Rogers was the main man on that project and his business was called RB Airframes I think. I do not believe he got very far and sold the project to a gentleman from Indiana by the name of Sherk.

Cool. So the registry lists 5 H models, and neither of the two listed in that other thread are on the registry.

Which effectively increases the H population 35%.

I saw with considerable interest the brief discussion concerning if there might be two H Model Mustangs in Texas I can't answer that one way or the other.
However Brad Sherk's name came up and I can add a little to that subject. Back in the Fall of 2002 I inteviewed Brad who lives close to Plymouth Indiana. The article I did on Brad appeared in the Sept./Oct. issue of Warbirds Intl. 2002. Brad saw an ad in Trade A Plane that said the remains of the Red Baron were for sale. Brad contacted Terry Rodgers who had part of the Forward Fuselage, the jig for the fuselage, plus two Griffon Engines and part of the Canopy of the Red Baron. Terry and his brother Bill were thinking about trying to put their version of the Red Baron back into the air at that time. Anyway they sold what they had plus some other Mustang stuff to Brad.
Brad then started working on his version of the Red Baron as well as starting a P-51A project which in 2002 was his real goal. I talked to Brad a couple of years ago on the phone, and he had sold everything he had on both the Griffon powered Mustang and the P-51A Mustang I keep thinking to someone overseas. Perhaps someone else might know what became of what Brad had started, and where these projects might be at today.
