We're assuming that it is one of the Titan T-51 replicas.

A plane crash-landed at Whitianga airfield last night but the pilot escaped uninjured.
A Fire Service spokesman said the small Mustang aircraft crash landed on the runway because it had no wheels about 7:50pm.
He said the pilot was unhurt and was seen walking around soon after he landed.
The plane is believed to be a replica of the single-seat fighter used during WWII.
