Mystery P-51 At VAC Museum

Wed Sep 21, 2011 6:43 pm

While visiting Valiant Air Command this past summer, I noted an unmarked P-51D/K fuselage in their main hangar. I was unable to find ID anywhere on it, so if anyone could provide me with an N-number or s/n reference I'd appreciate it!

I believe it is from the former Flying Tigers Museum in Kissimmee

I believe Chuck is correct -- certainly looks like the same fuselage.

It is a complete rebuild out of a crashed warbird.
