Another Phantom spotted

Found this one in Dumas, Tx. Looks to be in fair shape.
Could someone tell me what the two scoops are for on the nose? Thanks.

That's an RF-4, I can't remember what the air inlets are for, I think cooling the equipment.

The ducts are for cabin air conditioning on the right side, and equipment cooling on the left.
