Is "waxing the Bearcat" a euphemism for something?

As an aside, I generally don't mind tattoos on women- sometimes they're amazing and sexy- but I will say I'm not a big fan of graffiti.

Handling instructions & airframe limitation warnings I'd guess. Even with clearly placarded instructions I bet it's all too easy to push too close to the edge of the envelope and get in trouble with an obvious high-performance type like that.

In reference to the re-enacting thread I must say this type of re-enactment is definitely a good way to those teenage boys interested in aviation.
I wonder though if those are originals or reproductions?
