The plan as I understand it (my dad is a Docent at the MoF) is that they are getting several of those huge 'portable' tent/hangars to put in the 'Airpark' where the Connie has joined the Concorde, 747, Air Force One, etc. Boeing uses several of them at the Flight Test facility at the other end of the field, and apparently they work quite well.
All of this, of course, only temporary until they get the permanent building constructed....and this has been put on hold while they do the circus act trying to get one of the shuttles from NASA.
