This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

Rick H, Jim H, or any of the CF gang, does anyone know if the CF A-26 will alos be offering rides like the other bombers do? And if so would that price be inline with the bombers? Just wondering as that is it would be cool to fly in any A-26, but even more so a combat veteran.

The A-26 that is partly in Houston and partly in Uvalde, TX is not a current restoration project. I know that RickH went to Uvalde and started bringing some of the aircraft parts back to Houston, but I do not think that it is going to be a front-burner project in the near future. I know that several people have inquired about purchasing the aircraft, and I think for the right amount it would be sold.
If/when it is ever put back into airworthy status, I suspect it would be added to our exemption letter, and offer flight experiences on it. The A-26 is a little more difficult than the others because of limited space on the aircraft, and 2 R-2800's to support. I do not think there have been any pricing discussions for the flight experiences.

I seem to remember reading in the Janes all the world a/c regarding the B-26K that it was to be able to have a semi-permanent floor added for VIP duties. Anyone know if this ever materialized? If they did, couldn't this also be applied to a stock A-26B/C?

Is there enough of the original combat veteran My Mary Lou to restore? I thought at one point CF was going to put all the best bits of the wreck on an anonymous airframe which to my mind would make the result at best a composite with some veteran parts.
