At one point the Navy had a green winter uniform as well as a Khaki summer uniform.

See link below for the latest Navy memo on the subject. The part of it that answers your question is :

BE FOR OPTIONAL WEAR BY E7 THROUGH O10 IN LIEU OF SUMMER WHITE AND
SERVICE KHAKI DURING PERIODS WHEN SUMMER UNIFORMS ARE PRESCRIBED, AND
DURING SITUATIONS WHERE WEARING A TIE IS APPROPRIATE, SUCH AS AN OFFICE
ENVIRONMENT. AS SUCH, IT WILL SERVE AS AN OPTIONAL CONFIGURATION OF
SERVICE KHAKI (LONG SLEEVE SHIRT AND TIE, WITH OR WITHOUT JACKET).
DETAILED REGULATIONS FOR WEAR WILL BE PROMULGATED AT A LATER DATE,

The Navy will retain enlisted E6 and below the Navy Dress Blue w/dixie cup (crackerjacks) and the Navy Dress White w/dixie cup uniform. The Dress Whites are getting a makeover to have them look more like the dress blues, they are changing the cut and material of the uniform and adding blue piping to the flap and cuffs. (IMO they should have went with the the "Sandpebbles" whites, but oh well).

The working white (ice cream man) and blue (Jonny Cash) uniforms have been replaced by the "Black and Tans" Khaki Shirt w/Black Trousers and will be the year round uniform.

Dungarees and washed khaki have been replaced by the blue/gray/black digital camo uniform.

Service Dress Khaki is being tested for E7 and above.

The navy has more uniform combinations than GI Joe (with the Kung Fu Grip) and Ken (of Ken and Barbie fame) combined.

Heh - time for the Barbie joke -

Have you seen 'Divorce Barbie'? Comes with all of Ken's accessories...

BTW, I'm a bit suspicious of our one-post questioner with a potentially coincidentally only almost relevant spam-like first post...

I prefered green utilities and my red flight deck jersey, flight suit or working blues with flight jacket and ball cap.
I hated the rest of that cr*p
