I understand that there were some sunburned noses and shoulders at Old Warden today. Can that be true? In England? In May? I also heard a rumor that Mrs. Bridget and Mrs. Fence chased the pain away with a nice bottle of Chardonney. Ah, airshow season has returned. Thank goodness for good friends (and camper trailers). Was Bridget outfitted in his new white jump suit?
Great photos, Nick (as always). See you soon

Fantastic photos as always. What kind of equipment do you use?

Steve, Bridget has yet to be fitted for white overalls (besides making fun of mine by stuffing a holdall down the front), so he spent the early part of the day dressed as a traffic cone.
The season was toasted in in the usual style with a bottle of "Mum" and copious delicacies which emerged from various hampers.
We witnessed some very spirited displays both prior to and during the show - it's good to drink from the Old Warden cup once more - great planes, great pilots, great surroundings, and most of all, great friendships.

Thanks chaps
Steve. It is a dangerous thing Mrs Fence and Mrs Bridget spent the afternoon giggling together, this is bad on so many different levels.
There will be more pics from different shows as the season progresses.
See you soon Steve

What, no people photos? No human interest stuff? No embarassing photos of forum members eating ice creme?
Come on Nick, you're holding out on us!
