Did the late Art Scholl ever own any warbirds?

You mean other than the Chipmunks? Sorry, couldn't help myself. I've never heard of Art owning or operating any warbirds but that is certainly no definitive answer to your question.

All I ever knew of him owning were the Chipmunks, Pitts S2-A and he flew a Red 450 Stearman alot but don't know if he owned it.
