Hello guys,
Does anyone know of a company or someone that still makes these type of lightplates for aircraft instrument panels?

Peter,

It seems there was a thread in the Maintenance Hangar about cockpit placarding a couple of years ago. Several vendors were mentioned in the thread but I'm not sure if any of them did lighted panels or not. Here is one possible source: http://www.ednaviation.com/

Those are called electroluminescent panels.

If you need new ones made, or have old one refurbished....I would recommend Air Capitol Dial http://www.aircapitoldial.com/
