I'm looking for any info regarding a ship going by the above name. I believe the B-24 in question was an 'H' model and was stationed with the 489th BG.
I'd be grateful to find any photos of her, especially nose-art, etc.

According to Foreman's B-24 Nose Art Directory:
Malfunction Junction was B-24H 42-94825; 847BS/489BG; there are no known photos of this airplane.
You should go over to BestB-24 forums for more info from the B-24 experts there.
