A long long time ago in a galaxy not so far away the Luftwaffe Experten Board was some what like a live chat just via email vs instant message. When the format changed I lost interest untiI stumbled upon this wonderful board. Very interested here.

Nor from this one. I've been "making live chat" all day, and it's the last thing I want to do when I get back home to my computer.

Good heavens, I don't think I believe this conversation....... :rolleyes: Must be time for a ---> :drinkers:

I don't think its a bad idea. Id like to see something like that come about. or a one on one instant messaging system

Live chat is good way to fast communicate with people. I did it many times, last night I chat with one former Skyraider pilot, flew in USN. But installing of chat is more technical question, first at all did the server could allow that.

Maybe I'm being pessimistic here, but with the way threads on WIX often quickly degenerate from actual discussions to personal attacks and insults, a live chat might be a really bad idea.

Most excellent point. Perhaps chat as another avenue, not a replacement.

Perhaps we should hold the meat servo responsible and not the application. If we all just do what our mother's taught us it will be a good thing in my opinion.
