We had the fuselage of a local Chipmunk in to be stripped prior to restoration and had some interesting guesses of what it was. No one got it right. I know this group would not be fooled.

The project is owned by Sharon Sandberg, her husband Duane Kruse and Keith Sandberg.

By the way they are moving forward with plans to rebuild Tsunami.

Any idea of the new scheme? A member of the Cascade Warbirds locally has one in Portugese markings and it's pretty cool looking! :)

Thanks for the heads-up on Tsunami, Lex. Are the remains of this famous racer at Pirate Air?

thumbs up for another Portuguese markings Chip!

"Ours" in Portugal, the only remaining in original Portuguese configuration (meaning built by OGMA in Portugal and original engine and stuff)
