Now that the Fighter Collection P-40F has been revealed in Classic Wings as 41-19841. can anyone provide a history of this aircraft which was the subject of a brief posting on here in 2006
http://www.warbirdinformationexchange.o ... hp?p=81653
Which revealed that it was probably an ex 44th FS/68th FS which crashed in early 1943
