Any siblings or relatives still alive to receive this news?

Saw a very brief clip of this on the news. Closure at last, very late, but closure. With tens of thousands still missing and only a handful every year being found and ID'ed, I am afraid most of that generation will pass without knowing just where their loved ones are. Most have moved on and had a life, but a part of them was lost those many years ago.
