Looks Like the Tokyo Raiders weren't the only group of B25s on a carrier
A North American PBJ-1D Mitchell bomber of U.S. Marine Corps bombing squadron VMB-611 spotted on the deck of the escort carrier USS Manila Bay (CVE-61) during transport of the squadron's flight echelon to its operating area in the Pacific, August 1944.

Nice crisp photo the PBJ! However, what is the aircraft parked directly behind? Given that it has a four-bladed prop I would surmise that it is a Martin JM Marauder.

What are the pods just outboard of the nacelles, inboard of the rocket mounts?
The aircraft in the background, my guess is a P-61.

I don't see the props...

looks like bomb racks on the port wing and rocket mounts on starboard. I'm thinking Marauder in the back, the prop spinner looks too small to be a P-61.

The cowling looks like B-26 to me.

You're all wrong on the second aircraft.
If it was a Marauder, which I think it is, it's not a B-26.
It would be a JM-1.

A Marauder could take of from an Aircraft Carrier??

Just delivering, hauled aboard by crane and delivered by crane to barge or dock. The reason the B-25 was picked over the B-26 for the Tokyo strike was that it had superior short take off capability. The B-26 wanted a longer runway.
