Is that some kind of lifting rig on top of the fuselage? Did someone let it swing while it was being hoisted?

Stationed on a bird farm for awhile I would say It was one Hell of a storm they went thru.Also I was one of the lucky ones that got catted in the back seat of a F-4 , What a rush when you have a pair of 79'S in ab taking off.

No No No.....not even close.
Here's a few details.
F-4J VF-103 #200 yes the CAG's a/c but he was a A-7E driver.
